Keeping Children Safe is located in Inverness providing a service to the whole Highland area.

The aim of Keeping Children Safe is to reduce the incidencies of harm to children and young people in Highland by providing high quality and accessible child protection training  to voluntary and community organisations,(e.g. sports and youth groups) and to childcare centres commissioned by Highland Council.

The core training 'Getting it right in child protection: an introduction' for voluntary groups is the standard course provided to those working in education, police, health and social work throughout Highland. 

In addition, we are able to provide a comprehensive and tailored programme that can be delivered to all providers with a responsibility for children's safety.
